I have been reading up on all the older threads on strollers, and doing some research online, and this is what my dream stroller is:

1. A front cup holder for sippie cup(s).

2. A bag for the stroller to travel in (not a top priority, as I will have DS in the stroller up to the gate at the airport...By the way...how does this work with security...having metal on the strollers?)

3. A shoulder strap to carry the stroller when DS isn't IN the stroller.

4. A rain guard-type thing for when in attractions.

5. Not over $75 if I can help it, but I'd pay a bit more if I had to.

Am I being realistic at all??? :o

Please help all you stroller Gods out there! Thank you, also!!

Well, except for the front sippy cup, the chicco caddy has everything else. Great rainshield, carrying strap and carrying case, and is only around $40.00 or so. I bought a strap on cup holder for the arm. It is very lightweight and folds easily. We just fold it up and put it on the conveyer belt for security. Then put it in the carrying case right before we board the plane.

This is the stroller I have-I think it's pretty close to what you listed:http://www.strollers4less.com/c/products.asp/s/Umbrella_Strollers for stroller. I really love this stroller (Chicco Caddy), it has a strap, rain cover and a bag to carry it in. It does not come with a basket-you have to buy that seperately.

http://www.strollers4less.com/p/productdetails.asp/p/Chicco_Caddy_Mesh_Storage_Basket for basket.

http://www.babyuniverse.com/pro.asp?store=baby&lang=&id=15028&catid=217 for cup holder. They have the cup holder placed for the one pushing the stroller but it looks like it could be used for a child as well.

My personal fave for that type is the Combi Savvy DX, because it's an older model it's on clearance in a lot of places.

It's about 12 pounds, cup holders, carry strap, it has a pack for bottles and cups by the handle, folds small, it comes with an accoustic canopy - which seems lame but it was a life saver with DD!! She could listen to the Wiggles and hang out. You can pick up a cheap rain cover at Toys R Us and Maclaren makes a carry bag, the bags aren't too cheap but they can take a beating, ours did on our trip to and from Europe!

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the info so far!! I'm going to head over to the links you listed and check them all out!

Any other recommendations are greatly appriciated!

I agree--I love the chicco caddy, we used one last week at WDW, and it was wonderful!

I had no idea there was a seperate bag to put underneath, I'm definitely going to check that out!

I just went to Babies R' Us and looked at the chicco caddy. It was nice. It was $49.99, cheaper than Strollers4less.

We love our Chicco Caddy too! We got the generic cup holder add on pack from Babies 'R' Us and it works great.

I also made a clip on "stroller backpack" that has three pockets for diapers, change of clothes and other assorted junk that we carry around.

I'll never give this stroller up!

I have a quick question about the Combi Savvy DX Stroller

Does it fold FLAT down or does it fold up like an unbrella stroller, in a smaller, round-type fold. (Does that make sense?)

Ok, the fold on this one is a little hard to explain, it folds in half at the seat so it goes flat basically then it folds in half and connects in the middle. There is a link on this page http://www.combi-intl.com/combi/2900.htm that shows how it folds. It's really easy once you get the hang of it, I had it down to about 15 seconds and it's so light! The one on the link is the Ultra Savvy but it's the same fold.
