Is my dining plan doable?

I will be traveling to DW for the first time as an adult this Dec with my DH, DS-will be turning 10 on the trip, DSis and DNep-18. This will be everyone's first trip aside from a trip DS and I took over 30 years ago. I am aware that we are going at the busiest time, but due to schooling and jobs, this is the only time our schedules allowed. I just wanted, needed some critique on my meals. TIA

Day 1- Backlot Express, plan to split some meals, DS loves Star Wars and chicken and waffles
Mama Melrose late lunch, the Fantasmic package
SciFi, just dessert and milkshakes, mainly going for the experience
Day 2- Tusker House, breakfast
Flame Tree, lunch
Boma, Christmas dinner
Day 3- Coral Reef, early lunch
Chefs de France, supper, primarily so DS can try escargot
Day 4(DS birthday)- Kona Café, to try Tonga Toast, DH loves French toast
B.O.G- late lunch
Ohana- late dinner
Day 5- Rainforest, breakfast DS loves to try breakfast at chain restaurants that normally don't serve it
Sanaa, lunch DS also loves animals
Day 6- B.O.G, lunch The other QS in MK didn't appeal to me, but I am open to suggestions
Whispering Canyon Café or Crystal Palace for dinner, my DS has MS, so I do not think she would fair well at a buffet, so I tried to limit those. I believe WC brings the food to you, please correct me if I'm wrong. Also, trying for B.O.G. dinner, so I'm watching for that.
Day 7- Wolfgang Puck Marketplace for lunch
Trex, dessert, again mainly for the experience and because my DS likes dinos

Again thanks for any input.

For Day 6 at lunch instead of BOG again I would suggest Columbia Harbor House. Or, even thought it is TS I would also recommend lunch at LTT.

I agree with PP for Day 6 - I wouldn't do BOG again. We love Columbia Harbor House. Also the Plaza has good sandwiches and now is walk up so no ADRs - just check on this because it could change by the time you go. And for dinner I would do Whispering Canyon Café. We like it so much better than Crystal Palace for the food - but love the characters at Crystal Palace. And yes they bring the food to you at the Whispering Canyon Café.

We love many of your other ADRs - Ohana, Kona, Boma and Sci Fi. Great choices. Enjoy!

I feel like your Day 2 is a LOT of food. Tusker House and Boma are both buffets and Flame Tree has some of the biggest portions I have seen at Disney. Depending on what time your ADR's are for those, I may skip the giant lunch meal or plan to split meals at FT.

Thank you all for your suggestions and help. I will look at Columbia House. If doing LTT for lunch, would that be enough to replace Whispering Canyon for dinner?
I figured we would do some meal splitting at Flame Tree. I definitely think it's a lot of food, but my guys can eat. Breakfast is at 8 and Boma at 6:25.

I agree with the previous 2 posters. You could probably split something at Flame Tree or pick up a snack at Yak and Yeti (Chicken Fried Rice and Egg Rolls are snacks!)

A suggestion for your DSis at the buffets you have planned. Have her walk around them and see what food options are available and then have someone else get her food for her. Tusker House buffet is wide open and much easier to navigate than some of the others like Crystal Palace

Thanks again! Planning has been an adventure in itself lol Not to mention that it's a surprise for my DS and DNep, so I can't ask their opinions. This site has been a great help.
