Is most seating for Wine Country Trattoria outside?

I was catching up on the WOC Superthread and read something about Wine Country Trattoria WOC dinner. It was mentioned that most of the tables are outside. Is this true? We've never eaten there. And we have a reservation for a WOC dinner over Thanksgiving weekend. I don't like to sit outside in the cold eating dinner! So if we might be seated outside, I will change our reservation.

Can anyone confirm either way? Thanks!

Yes, the majority of the tables are outside. There are probably about a dozen tables located inside.

The majority of seating is outside, and even the "inside" seating has open doorways and windows. There are overhead heaters, but can still be cold or windy anywhere in the restaurant.

Carthay Circle might be a better choice for Thanksgiving. There are some outside tables, but the majority of the seating is inside.

There is inside seating but it is like eating in a cafeteria. Felt like no decor in a big box room and tables were all lined up back to back.

Was highly disappointed with the inside seating there.

Oh bummer. We really wanted to try it this trip. But might have to save it for a warmer time of year trip. Guess we will look into Carthay Circle WOC dinner instead. Thanks!

I would make a reservation for both and see what the weather is like. It may not be too cool. I went to WCT early April, we asked for inside seating, got doorway seating and froze our butts off, even under the heater. But, it was jacket weather all day long. That may not be the case for Thanksgiving. The weather here is surprisingly unpredictable!

Please don't encourage people to make double reservations. That could result in others getting shut out of a place they want to reserve.

Well, they can cancel it easily a week or more ahead opening up the spot before last minute. By then, they'd have an idea if it's going to be in the 60's or 80's. It's not like they'd have to wait until the day before.
