Is Member Services Open on Black Friday???

We are using transferred points to book a 2BR at BWV for October so we will need to call to make our reservation. I realized that our 11-month window opens on Black Friday. As if I am not nervous enough because we have a 1-hour disadvantage, now it dawned on me that MS might not even be open! I am almost positive they are operating as usual, but I wanted to check.

Under normal circumstances, MS phone lines are only closed 6 days of the year.

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Fourth of July
• Labor Day (US)
• Thanksgiving (US)
• Christmas Day

I may very well do this. We are booking a 2BR P/G for 3 nights, starting on a Wednesday, in October. I'm *hoping* that Galaxy's Edge will NOT be open yet (none of us are interested) because F&W is hard enough to book. We are staying 8 nights total and starting our trip at AKV. I own points there so I am using those to book at 11 months to get the first 5 nights in a standard 2BR at Kidani.

Since we will have a reservation already, I assume that if I am to "walk" the BWV reservation, I should simply list someone else as the lead or maybe just split the parties until all of the reservations are finalized? I wouldn't want to complicate things by having two overlapping reservations.

If what you want is a 2BR pool/garden view, you probaly need not walk at 11 months out. It is standard or boardwalk view that potentially has issues right at 11 months out during that time and p/g view is usually still open many days after the 11 month window opens.

Well, TBH, we'd prefer a BWV but we understand that with the 1-hour booking disadvantage, we will probably not get it. Maybe I will try calling a few days early and see if I can snag a BW view and if so, then I will walk it.
