Is MDE even worse over the last few days?

I cannot make any changes to our FP+. As soon as I select the party members and click 'next' I get a 404 type error.

Even worse now, when I click 'My Itinerary' it takes me to today. When I use the calendar to select my dates I still only get today loaded!


We leave in less then 3 weeks and I can't get a hold of Disney (tried email, Chat tells me all agents are busy and sat on hold for over an hour yesterday).

I am so beyond frustrated. Our first trip was 2 years ago and AWESOME so we decided to head back... no I am so mad I wish we were just going to an island!
 
Yes, MDE has been down. I haven't been able to cancel an ADR which should be a simple two-step process.

And, when doing online check-in, all my info has been saved but it won't complete the process.

I still have a little over a month before we go so I'll just keep trying.
 
Are you using the app or the website?

I've found the app is much easier and less error prone when it comes to making changes. As long as you're somewhere where your connection is strong I would use the app.

I'm having the same issues. But it let me change the times of the selected fastPass+
Now, when I go to check how the fast pass+ selection is I can see all the changes I made, so I have like 4 fp+ for tower of terror, 2 for Aerosmith, 2 for star wars .....

And also do not let me cancel my ADR....

I have tried everything, website, app, and every time it make it worse!
 
MDE has been glitching for about a week or two now. Today it was down altogether. I'm really, really hoping when it comes back up it's going to be a bit happier.

Both! The app doesn't even give an option for canceling an ADR. I can't even change around the guests in the reservation as I was checking to see if anything would work, which it has in the past.
 
When I went in MDE to customize our MB yesterday, the system said it needed to transfer our reservations (even though our only reservation was right there on the screen) and then froze. :headache: I was able to hit the back button and customize the bands.

I also received a pop-up message telling me we were now eligible to book FP+. Which is odd, since I have not yet purchased and linked park tickets and we are not yet 60 days from check-in. :confused3 Was this just in reference to my resort being part of the "test" ;) like every other resort? Or is it because "my itinerary" took me to the present day?

I have no idea how well it works for ADRs, I was just referring to what the OP was talking about with FP+. After getting error after error on the website, I was able to change things easily on the app.

Yes, that is just the default message because you have a room reservation linked to MDE. If you follow the link, it will then tell you that you do not have tickets and are ineligible for Fp+ selections.
 
A theme park that needs a technical help desk. Who woulda thought.

Anyway, I experienced the same thing a little while ago. From the looks of it they may be updating some things behind the scenes now that two parks are FP+ only.

Crossing my fingers that it has something to do with park hopping! :)

That was my thought yesterday - would they logically down dining and reservations to ensure Fp+ worked at MK??

Park hopping would be cool! I'm just hoping I can access Fp+ with a CM Guest Pass!:)
