Is Lunch the same as dinner at Teppan Edo?

We are super excited to be going to Disney in September, but we didn't plan it until recently so having some tough times finding reservations because of the free dining and everything being full. A lot of the places we normally go and love are full but being positive and going to try some new things.

We went to Teppan Edo many many years ago and I barely remember. I think my kids would enjoy it at the ages they are.

Is lunch the same as dinner? I looked at a menu posted on another site but it only listed one menu. I'm assuming it's all the cook your food in front of you style?

We enjoy Teppan Edo, and I believe that the lunch and dinner menus are indeed identical.

You are correct, the food is cooked in front of you on a Hibachi style grill.

Good luck with your reservations. It can be very frustrating, but if you are persistent things WILL open up.

I would suggest getting all your meals scheduled -- any meals you can get -- then periodically check and recheck the ones that aren't "first choices" and see if anything better has opened up.

The more often you check, the better your chances of finding things, but you can drive yourself and your family crazy...

They remodeled the dining rooms in the last couple years too so it's very fresh looking.

Just an FYI, we are getting ready for our 3rd September trip in a row and each time its been during free dining, which we don't participate it. We typically don't make ADRs until the last minute and there are tons of available options. Last September we ate at Via Napoli, California Grill, Flying Fish, Jiko, San Angel Inn, and Liberty Tree Tavern to name a few. If you keep your palate and times open you'll have a great time.
