I looked at the menu choices and it seems like they some great menu items for lunch, but the dinner is only the t-giving thing: turkey, stuffing, etc.... Anyone prefer lunch over dinner here?? And is the lunch worth it?

These days I'd say lunch over dinner. there is no longer characters at dinner and you can get the dinner plate at Lunch I think. Lunch offers more options for those that don't like the dinner options.

I am crushed that this is no longer a character dinner. It was the ONLY one we went to for years! We really liked the whole experience. Now, I doubt we'll ever go back, except maybe for lunch.

For non-character dining, we'll probably do Tony's. For character meals, I really don't know!

YES...YES....YES

Lunch is great...especially the Pot Roast and ooey gooey cake

Dinner...nothing memorable

Lunch at LTT is the best! Sure wish they'd do their dinner the same way.

WOW "NC State." I just noticed your personal info says you are from Johnston Co. in NC. Small World!! I am from Wayne County....probably just a hop, skip, and a jump down hwy 70 form you!! When are you going to DW? We are going in Dec.!!!

We had lunch here for the first time last month. We had had dinner there a bunch of times when it was a character meal.

I absolutely LOVED the lunch! I had the roast beef sandwich with fries. Wow - I'm totally serious when I say these were the best fries EVER! I also had the strawberry pound cake for dessert. Oh my - it was SO good.

I highly recommend lunch AND making a reservation.

Enjoy!

Lunch is by far better...too bad they won't change the dinner menu to the lunch one too

Dinner is nothing special. Not terrible, just a typical Thanksgiving dinner. Our 1st fmaily trip there in 06 we ate there for dinner (back them it was a chara) and then another day for lunch. I preferred lunch much more!

Love, just love the lunch, dinner, even when there were characters, not so much.

Unless they have changed it since we last ate dinner at LTT, it was served family style with sliced flank stead, sliced turkey and sliced ham on a platter along with the standard side dishes. Lunch is ordered from the menu and you can still get a turkey dinner plate (mashed potatoes, dressing turkey, gravy) off the menu. Just no refills like with dinner.

We do the lunch on every trip - it's our departing meal before we head for home. I always get the pot roast, my husband always get the Pilgrims Feast (turkey dinner) and our son always gets the Fryed Cheese.

I must be the lone person here that LOVES LOVES LOVES the dinner! Of course, Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays! :goodvibes

I'd do the dinner if they had the pot roast on the platter. That's my favorite meal at WDW.
