yup, unless you've got an up to date anti virus it also adds loads of stuff to your system.

Technically, Limewire itself is not illegal. You downloading copyrighted material that may be on there is illegal.

Maybe I just have a good security system, but I've never had any trouble with Limewire.

I haven't had any problems with it either and have had it for several years.

While Limewire itself isn't illegal, just about the only reason people get the software is to illegally share copyrighted material.
