Is Library open for seating during BOG breakfast?

Last time I dined at BOG with a large party during lunch we sat in the Castle Gallery/Rose Gallery/Library/Music Box room/whatever that 3rd room is called. It was wonderful place to recharge, and we could all sit together. This was a few years ago. We are returning with a party of 10 in July, I'm wondering if the 3rd seating room is typically open at breakfast? Or are there other tables for 10 in the ballroom or west wing?

if breakfast is run same as lunch and the library is the same room that Beast meets in @ dinner, kiosks are set up in that room to place your order, and there's no tables in there at all.

It's actually the Castle Gallery, according to the Disney site. Which would certainly cut down on the confusion with people who call the West Wing the rose room.

Maybe they gave it a new name but it was once Rose Gallery https://touringplans.com/magic-kingdom/dining/be-our-guest

The Disney website also refers to it as the library in the description, but I've heard it called many names. I do remember when it was officially the Rose Gallery, but that make sense that people would confuse it with the west wing. So whatever you want to call it, does anyone know the answer to my question? Is that room typically open at breakfast?

Was there for breakfast this morning. All 3 rooms were open - West wing/rose rose room, grand ballroom, and library.

When we ate there last, I remember seeing large tables in the ball room as well as in the West Wing. The exact number of people not sure about tho. (I think in the West Wing they pushed together a few of the smaller tables, but they just opened for dinner so it wasn't that busy yet.)
