DD19 and I recently returned from a week at Disney on the dining plan. This was our first time dining at Chefs de France and while it was very good, I found it odd that they actually used ketchup (and possibly mayo?) as a sauce for my appetizer. Here's the description taken from the allears website:
Tartare de saumon legerement fume, sauce moutarde - Tartare of raw salmon lightly smoked with cucumber dill and honey mustard sauce $10.50
There was no cucumber dill & hm sauce at all. Instead there were lines of what appeared to be ketchup and mayo. When I first tasted it, I thought I was wrong so dd tasted and thought the same. I actually asked the waiter again because it just seemed so odd that they would use ketchup.
He confirmed that it was indeed ketchup.
Anyone else have this dish recently?
