It depends what "worth it" means to you. There is a concierge lounge where you can get foods for breakfast. They also put out some snacks during the day and some hors d'oeuvres in the evening. You also get the help of the staff in making dining reservations, etc. It's just a little bit of extra pampering. I think if you try to put a monetary value on it, it may not seem worth it, so you have to decide if the extras offered work for you. We have stayed concierge level at a few Disney hotels and enjoyed it. But, we also enjoy our non-concierge stays, too.
