Is it worth buying the HHN express pass.

I am visiting the above on my own and putting my two DS's aged 5 and 8 in the Portofino Kids Club. As time is against me as the club ends at 11.30pm and the fact that the HHN covers two parks this year.....is it worth buying the express pass?

Does it really cut down on the time in line? Staying on site I am used to FOTL access which of course is not available on HHN nights.

Does anyone know the rough cost of it together with the entry cost for an AP holder ?

If the park is crowded it would cut down on your wait times. I have hear the lines for the Haunted houses can get pretty long. Last year before we went I had heard how long the waits were and we bought our Express booklet at the same time we bought our Stay & Scream tickets. It was the first night of HHN. There was no crowd that night. The lines for the HH's were 15-20 minutes and lines for rides were non-existant. But if you are there on a crowded night it could sure save you a lot of waiting.

We were there in October and the lines were very long. I was thankful we bought the express passes. They were expensive, but it made it worth the cost. We covered the houses and attractions at IOA and shows by 11-11:30 (that was with staying in the park at closing of regular business and getting an hour jump on the houses). I would say with the two parks it would definately be worth the cost.

YES YES YES!! BUY THE PASS !! you will prob still have to wait in line, but not nearly as long as the poor souls who either didnt know about them or didnt think it was worth the price. they could charge as much as they want, and i would still pay it!
