Is it worth buying more shares?

Hi all, we have not been to Dlp for some years now. With the new shareholder situation do you think it's worth upgrading my 20 shares to 100? Do we have enough time to get a temporary shareholder pass if we depart on 26th October? We need to get new AP's and not been successful getting a sponsor. My kids are older (16 &14), we are now foster carers and are taking a baby with us and can't wait.

Thank you

Shelly

I was in your position and bought the extra 80 shares earlier this year (cost around £200). I decided for me it was worth it as the SH discounts save us around £100 for a 4-5 day visit (shop purchases and food), so it pays for itself over the 2 years for me. I'm not sure if I'll take up the new rights issue though (but that's a separate issue).

It took me around 3 weeks from e-mailing my shareholding evidence (PDF file from my share dealing account) to receiving my new SH card in the post. They might be able to turn that around for you in a week if you're lucky. Their e-mail address is eurodisney@clubactionnaires.com.

Enjoy your visit when it comes! (We are just back this morning from 5 days, great.)

It would be cheaper for you to buy the shares you need during the recapitalisation if the vote go through for it.

But if you want to do it this month, the share price is nice and low, just try and make up what you spent on the extra shares in discounts on this trip to get your moneys worth.

Thank you for the replies. I rang the shareholder line and they said I wouldn't get the temporary pass in time for the weekend, I asked of they could email it to me and she said not, looks like I left it too late for this trip.

Thanks again

Shelly

I emails them for a temp cert and got it by email within hours.

Hi, I thought I read that on one of the posts, when I said it to her, she laughed and said I can try but it was a risk and she didnt think I would get it for this trip. She emailed me two links and said I had to fill in the forms which state a minimum of two weeks. Knowing my luck I will get a CM that wont be prepared to do it.

Thanks for your reply

Shelly

I thought that they could send the letter directly to Salon Mickey? I'm sure others have done this in the past. Has it changed??
