...only YOU can decide how much you are willing to spend. What is the difference in price from std to savannah? As far as std rooms go, of all the WDW resorts [dlx], the AKL std rooms aren't too bad. That being said, I'd ask for Giraffe Trail over Ostrich Trail though - better location...JMHO.

How hard is it to get into Disney college program? Sounds like so much fun!

Yes, she is doing an internship. It's the first step on what we hope will be full time employment with Disney. There's a TON of info on the college board for everyone who is interested.

For this trip, I'd rather just do standard, but who knows, I may just have to splurge so I can destress with my giraffes! At this point, it will be standard and probably request Giraffe Trail.

I do have a question, though. On the general resort board, someone asked the same type question and was told to request Kudu third floor, but I thought all Kudu rooms savanna. Am I wrong?

Well David and I just returned from the Beer and Oyster Festival in Baltimore...

I just had my fill of Oyster from all the country, and I must tell you I had Prince Edward Island that were perfect, lightly salty and most delicious.

Lots of beer and now it is time for a nap...

When did you do this Safari? We did it in Jan 2010 and had basically the same menu as you did (we had one extra dessert in there tho )
