Can't answer that directly, but it sounds similar to the DVC discount.
Note: even the DVC discount does not apply at Shula's or BlueZoo. I have not seen any discount yet for those restaurants.

According to the Dolphin/Swan resort thread, the answer is yes but not at their sig. restaurants. So:

YES - Picabu, Splash, The Fountain, Cabana Grill, more the CS places

NO - bluezoo, Kimono, Il M(whatever), Shula's, etc.

I don't know where you'd put Fresh, but probably in the NO category!

Anyway - worth showing your AAA card to your server.

You can add Fresh to the YES category. We used it there in December.
