It's late, I wish I had planned something earlier.

Do you think it is too late? Want to go but not spend too much? Where should we look?

found article on Mousesavers- Jersery week is usually the first or second week of November. The New Jersey schools have a teachers' convention (upcoming convention dates: November 8-10, 2007; November 6-8, 2008). Lots of people pull their kids out of school for the whole week and add on the weekend before and/or after, taking this opportunity to go to Disney World in the "off season." New Jersey is the single biggest market for Walt Disney World -- you do the math!

If your still wanting to go after you read that :lmao: then may I suggset using a TA or a WDW rep. There can be availability but I would also look into airfare (if your flying) and see how much that is going to run you....

Good Luck!! :goodvibes

We're going Nov 1st to the 6th. This is a bit before the "official" start of Jersey Week, but I know there's availability that week. We are currently booked at ASMu, but I keep checking to see if ASMo is available - my kids just like that theming a bit more, not a big deal.

But, since I keep checking, I know that ASMu, CBR and POR at least are available (at the discount code price) for that week.

Good luck!

We are from NJ also and are going for part of Jersey week. We were there last yr as well and the crowds were pretty heavy later in the week when it was the actual Teacher's convention days off. It is also the Food and Wine Festival and Super Soap Weekend at the end so it is going to be pretty busy. Give it a shot though and check- I'm sure their is availability somewhere. I called the other day to try and change the view on my room and they had it.

We are driving but I have heard from other friends that were planning on going that the airfares were astronomical from NJ that week. Some of them had to change their original plan and not go for the whole week, but from Tues- Mon. Good luck to you!
