We're leaving for DL Wednesday night. We will be in the park for 2 days. Is it worse than Thanksgiving week? Or Christmas? I'm having second thoughts about going now. I went during Christmas break 2003 and vowed never again. But then I went during New Years 2004 and it was great. I went during Thanksgiving week 2 years ago and I was 5 months pregnant. It wasn't THAT bad. Crowded and rainy but nothing terrible like Christmas break.

What do you guys think? We have APs (no blockout dates) but we haven't been since the beginning of December and my little one is asking when we are going back. It's a last minute trip before DH starts a new job.

I figured this week would be less crowded than the week of Easter but maybe I'm just kidding myself. :rotfl2:

Not as bad as Christmas but worse than Thanksgiving week.

We just got back from DLR (18th-20th). Touringplans showed solid 9/10 crowd levels every day. I'd put it closer to 4/5 at most. Crowds were light. Wait times for major rides peaked at 30 mins but were often less. We were able to get a up front spot for Fantasmic 20 mins before show. For Wishes I was suprised to find Main Street empty minutes before start with only the hub area and very end of Main Street filled.

I work in Newport Beach and I was shocked how busy Fashion Island was at lunch time today. Saw lots of kids too. Spring break has officially started.

Mickey and Friends Parking was full at 12:30 today.
Park was about 8/10 full.
It will be worse next week if the weather is good.
