I can't believe that it's July - looking out of the window it looks like November!

It's been pouring all day and isn't set to be much better tomorrow - England sucks!

yeah well its not any better over here either! its been raining for the past week and i mean heavy rain all day and with the occassional thunder storm too!

I know, it was just like this last year, we went past Gloucester on our way for our holidays and saw the floods, caravans floating down the Avon. We're going to Eastbourne in a couple of weeks and just hoping some sun appears soon.

Oh yes,but i deffinatley would'nt call it pouring-more like TORRENTIAL+has'nt stopped all day+i mean all day.Apparantly today is the wettest day of the year(so far).Bad thunderstorms yesterday.It is so warm here.It's been like this since Sat+apparantly it is to continue here like this up to the weekend.x.

That's the trouble though - our holidayis in Jersey and the weather there isn't looking much better! Shelby's only request is that we dig on the beach so I guess we will be doing that come rain or shine!

Thanks Michelle - I fancied a change - that was last Tuesday when it was nearly 30 degrees!

Hasn't stopped all day here. The Hampton Court Flower Show is just down the road - I feel really sorry for their visitors today.

only all day........my poor dd is on her school trip to hever castle, apparently they let them in the water park maze anyway as they couldnt get any wetter!

Yep, it's horrible and miserable here too. I'm fed up of it, and I feel so sorry for the kiddies who have got school Sports Days coming up

Thank goodness I'll be escaping this in just over 5 weeks (and it can't come quick enough for me )

Just started raining here, the heavy stuff has not yet reached us but should in next few hours. I'm supposed to have a tennis match tonight and I can't believe they haven't already cancelled it, there's no way the rain will hold off enough to get it played.

DD sports day postponed again today - rain,rain & more rain. It will be her last one too as she changes school in Sept.

We have our River Festival at the week-end too - it's looking like the raft race will be down the high street

Bleugh to you lot who have sun! (not that I am bitter!)

It's just gotten heavier than ever here in the last half hour! I may be paddling out of here tonight - I am not kidding the village is quite low and when it rains like this the access roads flood really easily - typically I am in DH's car and it's got a freaky intercooler on the front which can't go through water - bleugh to that too! If I was in my SMAX I would be fine!
