...to order two appetizers instead of an appetizer & entrée on the DDP? DD16 is a vegetarian and a light eater. Quite often, she would prefer to order a meatless appetizer and a salad instead of getting a kids' portion of mac & cheese for her entrée. Is this possible or should we just plan to bring extra $$ along to cover the salad?

Wow, I really think that it would be up to each restaurant. Now most of the restaurants can accomidate vegetarians tho so you may ask about that. Then they may be able to work something out with your daughter and that way keep the food coming off the credits on the ddp..

Ask for an entrée sized portion of an appetizer. Many restaurants will accomodate that kind of request. You're not even asking for that. I'd think most restaurants would let you substitute an appetizer for an entree, JUST ASK.
