Is it possible to visit Sadness and hit Soarin before crazy waits hit?

We want to see Joy and Sadness at opening for the shortest wait and then head to Soarin' before the crowds build. Is this possible? How fast does Soarin' line build with the new tiered Fast Passes with Frozen? Thanks.

We saw Joy & Sadness at end of the night just when they were coming back from break and there was barely a line for them. If you're going to do a rope drop, personally I would do the M&G first then head right over to Soarin but just be aware, Sadness in particular takes a while.
