Is it possible to reassign an AP that hasn't been picked up yet?

We purchased 15 month APs with will call pick up and plan to pick them up in August. We got 4 seasonal and 1 preferred for free parking. I accidentally assigned the preferred to myself and should have assigned it to DH. Are they vouchers that we pick up from will call or the kiosk? And, if so, can we simply have him redeem the voucher for the preferred pass? TIA for any help on this.

You can work this issue out with guest services
They should be able to correct the names on the passes as long as you do not activate them
