Is it possible to get a Disney gift card from the UK in USD before going?

As per title is there a way to get a Disney gift card in US dollars to spend in the parks for food etc for people who live in the uk? Or is there an alternative solution? Apologies if this has been asked before.

Yes I do it all the time on the Disney gift card website

Just make the delivery address a hotel etc your staying at as it only allows a US address in that bit and put your actual address for the billing address

I've only bought the plastic card type but can't you buy an e-gift card that gets emailed to you? I'm not 100% sure but if you can do it, I'd guess that it would be in USD.
