using the Disney Visa discount now for my trip in early March even though I have not recieved my Disney Visa Card yet? Or do I have to have it on hand?

You must make the deposit at the time of booking using a Disney VISA card so if you don't have your card yet, I'm afraid you will not be able to book your reservation. Take heart though...the Disney VISA offers usually open to the general public in a few days.
