Is it OK to ask this?

Before I ask, is it ok if I see if anyone has ever rented from the particular people we are renting our condo from? It is a by owner thing and I am a bit nervous because they don't take CC's only money order, checks, etc. I just want to make sure they are OK. I don't want to lose the money, kwim? If it isn't ok, then I won't ask. I will only post it if I get the OK. Even then, I will only post the web-link and ask if anyone has rented from them. They seem really nice, quick emails back, but I have had trouble getting through on the phone. I am mailing out the deposit today...

If you don't get any responses, try calling the Orlando Chamber of commerce, or the Better Business Bureau. You can probably get their numbers on the internet.

people can't advertise their own stuff - but you aren't advertising it. you want to know if it is good....
