Is it Difficult to Get in Wolfgang Puck Cafe without an ADR during Free Dining?

I wanted to eat at WPC and I can't get an ADR for August 20 so I was wondering if I would be able to eat there even without an ADR?

From every FREE DDP I have ever gone to, I have always been able to get in Downtown Disney restaurants with no ADR for lunches. dinner is an issue. So if you don't mind, go at lunch, you can usually just walk in.
