Caught Up!! I saved yours for last just cause it goes so fast there were a lot more pages to catch up on than any of my other threads!

So glad Derek got to WDW safely and that he is having fun exploring the parks!

Wow. Another child! That sounds amazing and daunting all at the same time! I hope things come out smoothly for you!!

Congrats on getting all the ADR's you wanted! If Mia does join you will you just show up with an extra person? It may be difficult adjusting the ADR's...

Derek is really loving it......today he has a 4 hr computer test he's not excited about.......but after that, he'll get to actually start working at the AS-Movies!!!

It's a little scary to think, we'll be adding another...but with her being actually mentally older than the twins....she'll fit in without much more work (if that makes sense). Could be a great thing for Shy to have Mia here to model herself after.

As for the ADR's.......I'm guessing with a party of 7, we'll be seated at 2-4 tops/ or an 8 top??? (never seen a table for 7) So we're hoping that adding the 8th person wouldn't be an issue. If we know for sure that Mia is coming.....then I'll call Disney Dining to explain the situation and hopefully they'll just be able to add her without any time adjustments.

I read on TP's blog that the Cars section of AoA opened yesterday. Did he explore over there yet? We've eaten in the food court twice. The surf and turf burger is amazing!! (Crab cake with fried shrimp)

It must be such a relief to know that he is enjoying himself!

He hasn't even really been to "his" resort to look around yet. They did a quick resort review/or drive by/or something (not sure what it was he said) but he hasn't been able to really go see it. I know he hasn't made it to any of the other resorts either. (just the Pop cause he stayed there the first night)

I'm very happy that he's happy!!!

Andrew loves taking pics in AK as well. There are so many great little details to photograph, more I think than in the other Parks.

I hope he got pics......he texted me right after he got there, that he needed batteries......not sure he broke down and bought some at the park or decided he'd be back another day.

Derek was very impressed with AK......I expect to see more pics in the future.

What I'm really hoping for, is a picture of Derek in his "costume" (uniform)......not sure he'll take one or not!!

Just spoke to Derek, he's having an amazing time in Florida!!! He's been training at the Disney University but it sounds like he start actually working this week at the All Star Movie's food court.

He went to the Animal Kingdom park today........he was able to let me know that Dinosaur would not be ok for the kids to ride. We had seen things about this ride being too realistic but wanted Derek to ride to give me an inside opinion. He said absolutely not for my kids.....even my thrill seeker Addy. He said it's too dark & the dinosaurs come after you. I'll take his advice!!!

He also said that we HAVE to see the Lion King show. (which was high on my list already). For any of you that have seen Aladdin, the Musical at Disney's California Adventure Park.......he compared it like this: Aladdin 10 of 10........Lion King 20 of 10!!

I'm loving the insider info in helping us plan!!!

Okay, the first time I rode Dinosaur, I couldn't believe how frightening it could be! I'm so used to Indy, I figured it was going to be like that. Nope! It was pretty scary and dark and loud, so there's no way I would let my young children get on something like that, unless they are uber brave and like that kind of thing! However, I will say, it's a pretty fun ride.

We're hoping things with Mia works out too.....just wish we didn't have to wait so long to know if she'll be joining us. If she ends up with us.....having her miss out on our stuff now is kinda hard...knowing she's in foster care and the effects that can have on kiddos.

I think we'll just pass on Dinosaur.....I'm glad I did some reading up on it. I just figured it was like Indy......had no clue it was such a scary ride!! My kids will be disappointed, they've seen it on the Disney specials/planning DVD but they don't REALLY show it. So we'll be making it clear before we go, that they won't be riding it.

So they opened up the December ADR's for Coral Reef, Garden Grill, Rose & Crown and LeCellier........I thought, WOO HOO......but then I remembered, I didn't have any ADR's left to make at Epcot!!! The only thing left is the CP Dining Pkg......hopefully I'll be able to get Coral Reef for that one!!

Well, then I got to thinking.....if Coral Reef was one of the 4 most popular restaurants, maybe I should see if I could just book that for our dinner on the 8th, cancel San Angel Inn and then just go for San Angel on the CP Pkg.

Well...........it worked!!! We are now booked at Coral Reef, Dec. 8th 7:30pm!!! This was definitely a restaurant I wanted to try and I would have been very disappointed to not get it. So I went with the for sure thing.

Now I'll have my friend try to get us San Angel on the 26th for the CP Package. This should be a tad easier than Coral Reef!!! Feeling good about this decision!!!!

That's right....I remember seeing that.....like I said, it's pretty relaxed......my friend will just go down the list.....I'll let her know to skip LeCellier for the 8:15 & 6:45 times and just move on to Rose & Crown. (I'm pretty equal in wanting those 3 restaurants.....all interest me, but really don't care which one I would get if we don't get San Angel)
