Is it correct that POP will hold items shipped for 2 weeks?

We are 8 days out and my cases of water have already arrived - yesterday, in fact ... I had read that they will hold items for 2 weeks. ... Is this still true?

When I go to check in, do I just say that I had water shipped? I just can't imagine that they can keep everyone's packages straight. It has to be a nightmare for them.

2 weeks sounds like it might be a week too long for Pop to hold anything in storage - but just call the resort and ask: 407-938-4000 - although if you're 8 days out that's not nearly 2 weeks and should be ok!

i send our toiletries ahead to arrive the day before we do, fedex - also did this at the CR - never a problem

just call Pop to be sure how long ahead is acceptable
