Is it better to call for ADRs or do them online?

Sorry if this has already been answered but I can't seem to find it. Our reservations open tomorrow and I'm trying to figure out if calling or doing them online is more efficient. Thanks for your help!

Online. I thought that online opened up at 6am EST, and phone wasn't until 7am. They both have access to the same ADRs.
