Hello! I'm looking to go in November next year so can book through virgin for the whole thing. But is it better to book seperate flights and hotel? If so does anyone have any recommended sights to book through? Flights arnt out yet for November so do I book hotel and wait or book hotel when flights are available?
Sorry for all the questions.

Sorry for all the questions.

It's usually, but not always cheaper to do DIY.

November is off peak: a very quiet time of the year. Virgin aren't going to sell out on holidays during November, certainly not until 2-3 months in advance. Chances are that most November flights will NEVER be full.

The best advice is to wait until flights are released for Nov 2015, which will be 11 months before your return date.

Then you can work out whether it's cheaper to book flight + hotel separately, because you will be able to compare this to the Virgin Holidays prices.

Sites to book through: airline websites, Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotelclub.com - there are loads.

I would not book a hotel first. You can often save quite a bit of money by paying for the hotel in full at the point of booking. Since you won't know your dates until you sort your flight, I would wait until you have booked a flight.

Orlando is huge, and there are thousands of hotel rooms at every budget and in every location. November is a very, very quiet time of year - you will get a room somewhere that meets your needs (I have booked a hotel room 24 hours before travelling - in PEAK season - and I was still able to get a good hotel at a good price).

Thanks for the reply. We want to stay on disney property and get the free dining plan so would have to book by 1st November. So tempted to book hotel and wait to book flights in January. It's just so so confusing.

Thanks so much for your help
We would like to stay on disney property with the free dining plan so I think we have to book by 1st November.
I'm tempted to book hotel and wait till man and book flight seperate. It's just so confusing.

Twice I have booked the hotel with dining and tickets via Disney then booked flights at a later stage when they are released. For next year I waited until the BA sale was on, checked out the flights I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay then rang Disney and got them to check my flights and add them to my booking. That way I just had to pay an extra £100 deposit per person and will pay for the flights at the same time my hotel booking is due.

In fact for next year for the exact same flights, dates and accommodation at Disney as last year I paid some £111 less by booking flights during the sale.

For Free Dining you have to book by Oct 21, on the UK site. Would not want you missing it.;)

we always go in November.
If you want to get the free dining then just book now for your room and tickets. We always get a good deal on direct flights with VA in their flight sales which normally start straight after Christmas. I think we paid £430 ish for our flights this November. (have now upgraded to PE so that's shot up!!!) We find we always beat VH when we book DIY.:goodvibes
