I was just wondering whether it was any easier to get Le Cellier ADRS these days?

Or has the online system not affected the difficulty?

Thanks!

I logged on at my 180 day mark, and had no issues getting the exact time I wanted. :thumbsup2

I had no trouble getting LeCellier twice for our upcoming trip! LeCellier is DD's favorite restaurant - she loves the smores dessert!!!!

and I was actually already under the 180 day mark for getting dining reservations (at about day 168, I think). Le Cellier was one place that we wanted to go back to this time. I had no problems at all. In fact, got the reservation for Father's Day, which I thought might make it more difficult- Sunday at around 6 PM.

I have had no problems online but then again I didn't have problems for my trip this past June (90 days before) when the online wasn't yet available.

I had to play around with the dates and times but was able to book dinner at LeCellier two times for our upcoming May trip.

We checked a range of dates and ended up booking 3 times today for our April Trip!! we even was able to book chef Mickeys!!!! Which is usally booked up every time we go!!

Thanks for all the replies everyone :)

Last time we went was 2 years ago and we really struggled (but did manage!) to get Le Cellier at all in the whole 2 weeks we were there.

Things are looking better for this year though!

Thanks again guys :)

We also didn't struggle to get Le Cellier or any other ADR's for that matter. We are staying so we didn't ave 180+10 just the standard 180. We didn't struggle getting any ADR's actually. We did have to play around with the times a little bit but even then they were only half an hour away from our preferred time.

I am leaving for WDW in about 2 1/2 weeks, and just booked a Le Cellier lunch online today. No, I'm not one of those people who has been trying for weeks - I just thought I'd see if something was available, and it was. I'm sure I lucked into a cancellation, but it does go to show you that it's possible to get something even if you're within a few weeks of your trip.

The thing I like the most about the online booking is that if there isn't something available (and even if there is) they show you alternates that are available - sometimes places you might not have thought of. It's so much easier than asking a CM to check here and there until they find something. It is also a big help if you're on property and you just want to see what's available for that day or the next.

I think it's overall a better chance. You've got the disadvantage that with it being online there probably are more people willing to mess around and get a reservation or book multiple reservations with it, but outweighing that is the fact that you can have the freedom to play around with dates and times until you find something. I booked Le Cellier about two weeks ago for our beginning of March trip. Sure, I've got a 2:40 time, but it's a reservation. ;)

I just booked Lecellier Online for my upcoming trip next week and was able to get 2 ADR's for 2 different days during my vacation.

I think it is easier. I just booked a lunch ADR for May with no problems.

We had a hard time getting dinner ressies for our upcoming vacation in Feb. We had never made ressies before since we would just walk up to a restaurant around 5 and be able to get in. Since we decided late to get the DDP we thought ressies would be a good idea. We have a ressie at 2:45 which we'll make work. We only had one day we could go.
