Are the restrictions or requirements different between booking through CRO or with a code.

I booked All Stars room only through CRO for 109 and now found a code for 74. Right now, payment is not due until arrival and there is a five day prior to arrival date cancellation policy. Would these be different if booked using the code?

It depends, if CRO is honoring the 74 a night code, then everying all stays the same -- they will modify your rate to 74 if there in fact are still rooms available w/ the code.

If the code is offered thru the WDWTC, your payment dues dates and cancelation policy will change.

I beleive the 74 is offered by the CRO -- make sure you ask when calling to inquire.

when we booked pofq at rack rate last year and then found a code cro transferred our deposit and kept the same terms for the balance due, 5 days cancellation and balance due on arrival.
The only way it changes is if you add a package then the terms change. Have a great vacation.

We booked our May trip through CRO rack rate/ room only and when we added the AXA code they changed our payment plan to be due in full 21 days prior to arrival. They still wouldn't change it when we applied the new code CZF last week. We didn't add tickets or anything. It's still just room only through CRO. We were told that as of April this is the new way they will be doing things. We do still have the 5-day cancellation policy though.

Thanks to those who answered.

I called CRO and got the new rate of $74 dollars saving me about $105. Everything stays the same except for the final price.

Good for you!! I'm so glad you didn't have any problems changing it. We called three different times and couldn't get them to put us back to the "pay at check-in" plan. Oh well, you win some - you lose some I guess. Have a wonderful vacation!
