Is it a gamble???

Currently booked in a studio at BCV for May 2023. Looking to save some cash and saw that switching to Boulder Ridge would def do the trick. Now I’ve never really followed refurbishments before. Considering they’ve already started at BV would it be safe to say that the work would be completed by May? Not sure the savings would be worth it if having to deal with construction or getting one of the older rooms. What do you all think?

The report in Disney Files magazine said they expected to be done "in the spring". I'd say the chances are very good they will be done or at least very close to it by May. Nothing is guaranteed but I'd be surprised if there were major construction going on by May. Even if not completely done your chances of getting an old room or being disturbed would be pretty low, IMO.
