I'm such a dork...I know that to call in I can try at 2pm my time. For some reason I got it in my head that I should call in at 2pm their time. So I called at 1pm my time (keeping up with this? ). So I called, of course, there is no answer. I'm sure Pete is sitting there thinking "Who the hell is calling an hour early, moron!"

It is 3pm now as evidenced by the very busy line -- it's like calling for an ADR at 7am for breakfast at CRT! (or at least in the old days...)
