Thinking about this for the Xmas trip but I thought it was outside. I am worried that it may be too chilly in the evening to enjoy.

Can anyone give me a quick overview of the setup of this show? TIA

It's inside Pioneer Hall but they suggest that you get there pretty early and there is some standing outside beforehand waiting to get in.

If it is chilly out, you should make sure you are prepared for that, I guess, otherwise have fun! I love the show and I've seen it many times - never tire of it!

It is inside but they always seem to have the AC cranked so bring a sweatshirt/jacket.

Dinner theatre type of setup. There is also a balcony with tables above as well. Having sat in the top and bottom. The show is better from the bottom seating. Dinner is all you can eat as well as the drinks. The show is very entertaining. You will have a great time.

I think we are going to try and get an ADR for Xmas night. Anyone done this during Xmas and is it the same show or more of a holiday show?

We spent last Christmas night at the Hoop Dee Doo. The show was the same, as was the food but we had a great time and the audience was really pumped so that helped, too.

We have attended the HDD too many times to count and just enjoy the "corn" along with our chicken. Guess we're slow learners or easily amused but we couldn't think of a more fun way to spend Christmas night.

A word of warning about Pioneer Hall temps. The poster who said to bring a sweater was right on the money. Even in summer I bring a sweatshirt as it is very cool.

Hope you have a great time. If your server is Barbara, you'll have a ball! She's been there 38 years!
