Is the gratuity included in the Fantasmic Package at Mama Melrose if on the ddp?

The first post of the sticky explains why there is just one tipping thread, has the thread guidelines and even a tipping FAQ. I believe the list of where gratuity is included is listed in number 7 of the FAQ.
