I asked this is question a few months ago and got a mixed response. but i was there in July and ate their 2 different times and it definitely does accept the Dining Plan
Golden Oak Outpost was built to replace the McDonald's french fry cart in Frontierland, MK. It is located behind Pecos Bill restaurant, not far from Pirates of the Caribbean (Adventureland).

The entrance to pecos bills is right across from it. This placed saved us one day in July when 3 ppl wanted burgers and 3 ppl didn't. The chicken was very good. And you can sit inside at peco bills
Thanks for posting this. Not sure that things will stay the same for next year--I will keep my fingers crossed. This was one of our most favorite meals (QS) of the trip. So big too--we could have shared! And we are big eaters!
We ate there last Friday. The food was quite nicely presented and the service was incredibly quick but I really didn't enjoy my meal there and ended up putting most of it in the trash. There was nothing wrong with the food but I am sure they have changed the way they prepare the chicken at Pecos Bills (same as at the Golden Oak Outpost) and I should have learnt by the end of week 2 to avoid it. Anyway, it was personal taste rather than anything else, but to answer the original question, yes, we used our CS credits there. And for those who are trying to stretch out their CS credits, there is no kids menu there so you may just want to share if your kids are light eaters - I sure wish we had!
