I went to see what volunteer opportunities are available for GAD GAD but it says the promotion is closed.

Is this true?

Yes, they only committed to giving away 1 million tickets, so once there were confirmed volunteers for 1 million opportunites, they closed it down.

The volunteer opportunity portion is closed, but those who volunteered have through December 15th to use their vouchers.
