Is funnel cake a snack anywhere?

I noticed that on the confirmed snacks list, that funnel cake in EPCOT is not a snack. Would it be an allowed snack in any other locations? My kids just discovered funnel cake and now they are eager to have it often.

I heard that it was a snack in the magic kingdom, but I don't think it's been confirmed.

We had the funnel cake (snack credit) at MK and it was sooo good! My DH used his snack credit for some sort of cappucino ice cream float! Yum!!

Funnels are at the front of Frontierland (near the Castle at MK) and in America at EPCOT. I don't know of funnels in AK, MGM or DTD.
