I guess they fixed whatever problem there was this morning with the new website. As I was looking around, it listed Valet Parking as having a nominal fee. I enjoyed the valet parking in the past, and I will always use it, but it was nice to have it free. (not counting tips) anybody know if this is just listed for non member info and we still get the perk or is it gone?

It's still listed under the Perks section

Valet Parking at the Walt Disney World® Resort
Disney Vacation Club Members are not charged for valet parking at Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Resort or Disney's Wilderness Lodge, regardless of where you're staying. You must present your Disney Vacation Club Member card or Walt Disney World Resort ID with your "DVC Member" designation on it when leaving your vehicle to be parked.

You will be charged the daily fee of $6.00 for this service at any other valet parking operation at the Walt Disney World Resort. Once you've paid for the valet service, you'll receive unlimited valet parking for the remainder of the day. Whether or not you are charged to valet park, gratuities are still appropriate. There will be no charge for guests with disabilities who have the proper permits.

We used Free Valet Parking yesterday at VWL.

I love the valet parking!! It adds that perfect touch after a day at the parks.

I know there was a thread a while ago regarding tipping. I believe most people tip when they pick up their car -- not necesarily when it's dropped off. We tried this last month and it seemed like the valet's were kind of offended when we didn't tip when we left the car. We began to feel awkward. DH even over tipped on pickup when we had the same person because he felt like we had done wrong not tipped in the beginning. So, from our experience, we'll tip both ways.

I still LOVE it. Glad it's still a perk.
