Is FD always offered in Sept?

We had originally had our next trip planned for May 2015 but have pushed it out to Sept.2015...I know it's kind of far away but I like planning ahead, mainly b/c its just fun...We decided to do a split stay, first 4 days at SSR with booking directly through Disney and the next 5 days renting points at AKV. We plan on staying at SSR Sept. 18th-22nd. Is this a time of the month they usually offer the FD? We want to use the FD for the first 4 days while at SSR. I know it's a never guaranteed offer but it does always seem to happen in the fall season.

It has been offered in September every year starting in 2003 (so for the past 10 years). The first or last couple of days of the month could be excluded.

Of course that does not mean there are any guarantees for 2014.

Late August through Sept. has been offered the past several years. Sometimes its extended into Oct. The past few years Disney has been reducing the number of days with FD in the fall. However, they've always stated that as long as your check in date is a FD day then your entire stay will have FD regardless if the other days of your trip fall within the FD days.

Late August was not offered in 2013. All dates were in September, starting September 3.

This was the general public offer, there were bouncebacks and pin codes that had dates in August.
