Is everything open until 10pm?

Going to SW at the end of May and the park hours say it is open until 10PM. Only other time I have been was in the middle of winter and I think it closed by 5:00. What things are still 'open' until 10:00? Are any of the shows running that late? Can't imagine the outdoor shows would be that late. Any information would be helpful, trying to start to put together a game plan...

Some things and restaurants will close before the 10 PM closing .

During the summer though they will have a Sea Lions tonight Show which
pokes fun at the rest of the shows in the park. There will be a Shamu Rocks show and then Mystify on the water. Not sure what other shows will be after 5 or 6 PM but remember walking in mass from the Sea Lions to Shamu stadium and then back to find a spot to watch Mystify.

We usually use the slower time before Sea Lions Tonite to eat at Voyagers or watch the whales or dolphins underwater, do Shark encounter and things like that after we have seen all the daytime shows that are on a set schedule./

This summer Manta will be running! Looks like the track is completed and it looks exciting! Can't wait to see how they finish it-even if I won't be able to ride it. My youngest son ( computer engineer) couldn't take his eyes off the track when we were there yesterday!
