Is everyone having "Exclamation Point Bug" at DISMAIL or just me?

I use DISMAIL two computers and it's on both of them. Is there something I should be doing? I clicked on the support link at the log in page and it said to find !'s in some file & delete them......but I'm afraid to go deleting things unless someone can walk me through it. Any help would be appreciated.

I heard that they are changing mail servers, too... my mail is also down. When I am able to get in, my inbox is gone.
 
The notice about the "exclamation point bug" on the log in page is now gone but I still don't have an inbox...........I hope I didn't loose all those emails.......I was expecting a SuperCertificate any day.:D

I'm trying to get info on this for you, Jenny.

They are experiencing problems with the mail also, and are in the process of changing out the mail server. I'll let you know more as soon as I can. I wouldn't delete anything just yet.
 
Teri, As soon as I get that $25 SuperCertificate I'm gonna turn it into a $25 gift certificate to Rain Forest Cafe for a free meal at the World come October! It'll make the third one I've earned so far, pluuuuusssss one for Planet Hollywood! ChaChing!:D
 
Not only is there no inbox, but nothing is coming in. I just did a test by sending an e-mail to myself from another account.
 
How does that work? I'm new to this internet/email stuff, when it gets fixed will our email come in or did you get some sort of message saying that the email address was down. I've been well please with this service though. Since I've been using it, there has only been one other problem and it was fixed quickly. I've got an email address through Verizon that I never use. The only problem is all these rewards programs I do use my iluvdisney address. I get a ton of email sometimes....since its been down since yesterday afternoon, I'm expecting it to be packed when it does come back up. That is if the mail was able to get to our inbox in cyber space?

Thanks, Dan and Lisa. My account is on the iluvdisney.com version of the site... there is only a basic login screen, no images or messages, just the login boxes and DISMail logo. In the account, there are no folders. Fortunately, today, the addresses are in there.
 
Mine is still down too. This is getting serious...time is money if you're doing rewards programs for Disney money. :(
