Is El Pirata y el Perico open for lunch?

We're going to the world next week. Anyone who is there right now or recently - is El Pirata y el Perico open for lunch now? DH and I went there on our honeymoon years ago and have never seen it open since. (we're typically Fall visitors)

We're really hoping to catch it this time!

I believe it was open the first weekend of June while we were there.

It was open the last week of April while we were there, and the menu has changed.
