Is Eisner Leaving?

Dont yell LOL I maybe out of the loop, I have been doing a lot of traveling fr work and have not seen much televisions. Now I am looking through what I missed on the rumors board and I cant tell if there is a threat of him leaving or being let go...I do recall being trapped in houston airport for hours (I am used to Pittsburgh with all the shops lol) anway I looked up and saw that a disney exec was on the TV but I could not hear, now I am wondering if i was about Eisner....thanks
