Is Dreams Unlimited worth booking?

They are great, and will book all your PS for you ...This can be a huge time saver.

If any discounts come out they will know about it and adjust the price for you.

I've booked with Dreams Unlimited for both a WDW trip (August 2005) and an upcoming May 2006 Disney cruise. Although they offered to do my ADR's, I did them msyelf...I figured if something went wrong I could blame myself plus I'd be going over the times/days anyways and figured it would just be easier straight with Disney. DU did do a nice itinerary based on the "moderate" pace we decided on. We are going again on a WDW trip in January and found AAA to be a much better deal. A DU agent told me they go through Disney for pricing themselves, and that they offer their ADR scheduling and itinerary plans as incentives to go with them. I was happy with DU...but when it comes to prices, if you are a AAA member, check with them first for a better discount. If you aren't a AAA member, it may be worth joining for the savings. It's amazing how many places offer discounts for AAA members. We belong to Sams, Costco, and BJ's and we found that out of all of them (even AAA) DU was cheaper for the cruise by a few hundred dollars. Besides the WDW package savings, AAA is giving us a storytime with acharacter voucher, a free soda in their lounge in tomorrowland, a Planet Hollywood meal/merchandise voucher and diamond parking for our January trip.

I booked my last trip with DU and was very pleased with them. They booked all my ADRs and I had no problems with them what so ever. And when I needed something looking into or changed, I simply emailed what I needed and I emailed right away with either a reply or just stating that they were looking into it for me. Never had to wait more than a day to get anything answered for me. Sure I could have done the booking myself and got my own ADRs, but having someone else do it for me worked out great. I plan on using them again for my next trip and would recommend them to others as well. Good luck.

This will probably get deleted, but we did not have very good luck with Dreams. We booked the 7 day land/sea vacation with them, but our agent "lost" our reservation so none of our ADRs got made, which was our biggest reason for using them. And we found out after the fact that an event we wanted to book on the cruise was offered, when our agent told us it wasn't. Of course, by the time we found out, it was too late. These might not seem to be huge issues for most people, but having booked two other land/sea, and at least 8 other disney trips on my own, I found using Dreams actually cause me aggrevation instead of saving me any!
