Is Disney limiting the number of rides per day

This may be a dumb question but my husband sent me a video saying that Disney will be limiting the amount of free rides to 4 per day. If you want to ride more you would have to pay per ride. I'm hoping this is not true but thought I would check with the experts. Thanks in advance

He might have been getting confused with reviews of the paid lightening lane or something?
But no.

(ETA- the paid thing does not have a limit like that either, but sometimes in the sales information for these paid programs they've been trying to suggest a low number as a baseline of uses you will get)

How would they do it? You only scan your MB in the lightning lane which is the only thing they can track.
