Is Disney Having Phone Issues today?

I've been trying to add a day to my park hoppers all day and each time there is a hold more than 20 minutes. Are they having an issue today?

I don't know about the phones, but the website has been having issues most of the day.

I just called to make reservations. The CM told me the reservations were available, but she tried twice and could not reserve for me.

She said to call back in 30 minutes because they are having Magical Enhancements.

Nope. It's been like this all week long. I tried a dozen times over this week before I finally gave up. When I did wait (several times I just hung up when I got the message of estimated 25 minute wait, one time it was estimated over an hour) it was never less than 20 minutes. My guess is between SWW and the upcoming Frozen stuff call volume has increased?

It's just crazy. I don't understand why I can't just add a day to my park hoppers online. You'd think with all the money they make, they could afford that little enhancement lol.

Agreed. You shouldn't have to talk to a live person for anything. You should be able to do everything online.
