Hey everyone!!
We found a good time that seems to work out for everyone in our family. December 4-10 7nights/6days. Is that a good time to go? Is it crowded? So far we didn't really find any deals, if anyone knows of any it will be appreciated!! We are looking for a 7 day park hopper with the dining plan in a package. :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :mickeyjum :sulley: :tigger: Thnx for any help!!!!!!!!!

It has been a great time for us to go in the past. Not that crowded at all.

We went last year from Dec. 3-10th. It was perfect. We loved the MVMCP and the Osborne Lights. We go down there at least once a year but it was our first during the holidays. The crowds were not bad at all. WE got FP for Soarin (as that was the new ride then) and everything else was not a problem. Take advantage of the extra hours and then there were no lines.

Another advantage was about 1/2 way through our trip all the stores started clearing out 2005 merchandise at 50% off. So we grabbed out scrapbooks, frames and all kinds of stuff for cheap. Had so much fun then that we are going back this Nov. 17-24. Thought we would take advantage of the break around Thanksgiving.

December is a good time to go. MVMCP is lots of fun and the weather is great that time of year. The only downside to going that week is that it is Pop Warner week. The kids mostly stay at the All Stars and overflow to Pop and POR. I wouldn't stay at one of those resorts during that week.

We also went the first week of December last time and it was fun... we had breakfast at CRT and when we came out around 9:15 am... Fantasyland was empty... I mean a ghost town... I don't know if the other guests were all running for the mountains but walked right in Peter Pan, Mickey's Philarmagic, Tea cups, Haunted Masion, before we had to change parks and we watched the celebration show on stage with Cinderella.. and by then people were starting to come in more.... It was around 11 am.. and we had to go back and change my daughter from her Cinderella dress back into something more comfy... we were only suppose to eat breakfast but when we came out and saw that it was empty we stayed and did some rides and took awesome pictures with silly hats and the prisonner thingny board before you enter HM.... with NO ONE around.... so YES it's a good time to go ha! Have fun. :thumbsup2

I don't think you could ask for much better... low crowds, nice and cool, Christmas decorations... you'll love it! The mmvcp is awesome!!!

We also went to WDW in December. It was a great trip. We are from Colorado and we were hoping that we can get some nice weather. However, my kids were disappointed that they couldn't go swimming! It got very cold for several days (mornings 50s and 60s and with humidity felt cooler).

I think it is a PERFECT time to go:) The weather is soo nice and the crowds are low. The only reason we are not returning this December is for the free dining in September;)

I keep reading about pop Warner...does that event really not affect the crowds in the parks? I chose 12/3 - 12/9 specifically due to the low crowds because DD is autistic & does much better with low crowds & short lines.
