So when I look at this page (the school I'm going to go to in a year and degree I'm getting when I go):
CIA Link (Go down and click curriculum to see)
The subjects that worry me are Culinary Math and Culinary fundamentals. What would culinary math consist of? Because I have failed most of my math classes in high school. I don't know algebra or geometry, I can do measurements pretty well. I'm not the best with them, but will the culinary school actually teach me the culinary math? Will I need stuff like algebra or geometry in culinary math class? I'm also pretty good with percentages (I can make a quick estimate within a minute or so, or I could make a close to precise or precise estimate within about 2-3 minutes).
(Sorry if I sound stupid, my head isn't clear, probably cause its 3 am haha
