Thinking of trying to get CRT breakfast or Crystal Palace breakfast. Which would you recommend? Never done CRT but have enjoyed the character dinining at CP lunch in the past. Traveling with DD 4yr, DS 2 yrs and DH. DD loves princesses but both have enjoyed the characters at CP. DH and I prefer to dine for food quality!

I think everyone should try it at least once. It's not an easy task to acquire a ressie but yours kids are at the age that I think they'll love it...the princesses tend to really fawn over the little ones( which is great). I get a kick out of watching those little ones get anxious & excited as a princess would get closer to their table. We took our DD several yrs. ago & bought a nice little sun dress with Belle on it( even had a hat to match) well, when Belle came around she really made a fuss over my DD, it was great. Now my DD is 14 & could care less about dining there. I say give it a shot, while your children are young.

I have an almost 4yr old dd and have done both. I much prefered CRT over Crystal. Not only did dd like the princesses much better (they talk and really interact w/ you) but the meal is a sit down all you can eat. Meaning, no getting up, just relaxing. The characters only go by so often and having someone waiting for their omlette and seeing Tigger coming :earseek: I don't know, the buffet at Crystal didn't do it for me - I have heard others say it is the best, maybe we have an off day but in May there was a line of 9 people for omlette station. Too time consuming. Crystal Palace is really nice but I love the whole Cinderella's castle. Fairy Godmother is on the first floor while you wait to be seated and then you are escorted upstairs to your table. All the waitstaff and princesses will call dd princess and ds prince. Very cute. It is a must do if you ask me and ask for seconds etc... of anything they give you. The stuffed french toast is my favorite!!!!

Oh also, if you book, I recommend as early as you can get 8:10am or if you are not early risers then try and do last seating 10:40?? for a more brunch type eating - you will be bound to eat more that way too. Head to Fantasyland for some rides beforehand. More character interaction with the latter too!

We have been to both. DD (3) loved both. I say go with the one that will make the whole family happy.

I second Ron G's remarks.. NOT EASY TO GET AT ALL but everyone should do it atleast once. I enjoy breakfast there and try to go every trip. I love watching all the little kids and the characters... alot of fun!!
